My most popular type of photo shoot is the cake smash. Documenting your child’s first birthday is a huge milestone just like doing newborn pictures is. Some walk, some don’t, some love cake and some hate getting dirty. My favorite part of doing these sessions is figuring out the personality of each child and how each reacts to eating cake. In the seven years i been doing this, the little people still seem to amaze me with their personalities.

Decor

Each session is carefully curated for you. Most moms will tell me that they either want to recreate something i have done and they totally loved or they throw some amazing ideas at me and i make magic happen. You are always more than welcome to bring your special pieces to make it even more of your own.

Wardrobe

For an extra fee of $75 i provide wardrobe for baby girls, i am still working on building a boy stylist wardrobe but its coming soon! Each session typically includes time for 2 outfit plus the cake smash setup and outfit.

What do you provide

I provide most props you see on my sessions, for cake smashes i do not provide cake nor balloons. I allow parents to bring/purchase those to their taste and budget and we can incorporate them to the session. The setups i provide, blankets, one signs, banners and most decor.

Cake smash sessions start at $375+ tax and they include your choice of 30 high resolution artistically edited photographs delivered via digital download, access to my props and styling plus my editing time and talent.

Add-ons to the cake smash package include wardrobe for your daughter for $75. You can pick 2-3 pieces from my curated collection of designer outfits. Another add-on is all inclusive high resolution digital photos like you see on this blog post for $475. You will get anywhere from 50-80 photos all artistically edited.
